General Hygiene Rules

  • Washing hands before and after meals with water and soap.
  • When coming from outside, washing hands, face and feet.
  • Brushing teeth at least twice a day.
  • Combing hair and washing hair with an appropriate shampoo everyday.
  • Taking bath at least 3 times a week and changing clothes and underwear frequently.
  • Cutting hand and foot nails once a week.
  • Washing feet before sleep, not to sleep with daily clothes.
  • Not to eat foods dropped on ground,
  • Not to eat any fruit or vegetable without washing it.
  • Not to eat any unpackaged foods.
  • Always having tissues in pocket.
  • To keep toilets clean and tidy.
  • Using recycle bins for trashes.
